This third center builds upon the successful model of two existing learning centers launched in partnership with JumpStart under the Verizon Community Forward initiative in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Located in CSU\u2019s Julka Hall, the Community Learning Center has long provided free tutoring and support programs for K-12 students across the region.
