How did you come up with the idea for your business?<\/h3>\n

I was working in corporate communications and PR and I started bringing my visual arts and storytelling talents into my role, in order to better communicate to the consumer and the general public. Independent business contractors within the industry started to inquire and hire me for work. It began as a side business, creative marketing for business people- and it grew and grew. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What motivated you to pursue the Cleveland Small Business Impact Program?<\/h3>\n

Of all things, it was a combination of being a fan of Shark Tank, and being a fan of hip hop musician,\u00a0Nas.\u00a0I found Jumpstart based on my growing curiosity.\u00a0 A couple of years after being in their sphere of communication, a client of mine won the Cohort. I watched her pitch and became inspired and I applied for a future cohort.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is something that you learned during your time in the Impact Program that made a difference in your business right away?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Where do you see your business 5 years from now? 10 years from now?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

In 5 years I see us in a state-of-the-art facility, employing 10-12 great team members, servicing the community and amassing a great legacy of high creativity. 10 years from now I see the business solidified in the niche we serve, and also well into producing original content through our own media platform.<\/p>\n

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to not rush the process, be diligent and goal-oriented. Have faith in what you do and hang your hat on quality of work and customer service.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
